Original Art & Giclée Prints
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at [your email address] before returning any items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Print-on-Demand Items (via Prodigi)
As these items are made to order, returns are only accepted in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.

Bespoke Commissions
Due to the personalised nature of commissioned artworks, returns and refunds are not typically offered. However, clients are kept involved throughout the creative process to ensure satisfaction at every stage. If any issues arise, please get in touch so we can resolve them together.

Digital Products (if applicable)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
